No, the lease is  30 euros + VAT / month.

In order to start using our service you will need to pay a one time fee of 30€ + VAT as setup fees and the first month of service, another 30€ + VAT. A total of 60€ + VAT.

The lease can only be increased if your website passes the hosting limit of 20GB in size. At that moment, you will need to upgrade your hosting plan to one of our other offerings. However 20 GB are a lot of space and it’s not likely you will reach it anytime soon.

Absolutely not! If you rented a physical store, would you find it reasonable for the landlord to get a cut from your sales? Why would we?

So to make it absolutely clear, we will never ask you for any commissions from your orders.

However other services that you might decide to use, such as the credit / debit card processor, e.g. your bank, may charge you commissions according to the contract you sign with them. This is something we are not involved with.

During the initial setup, we make some basic modifications to the website so as to better suit your logo and your color preferences.

However we should differentiate between these modifications and custom design. A modification means small changes in color configurations so as to not look out of place with your logo and colors, but not an extensive change of the elements’ design and placement, for example a copy of another site.

So we place the following content that you need to provide in electronic form.

• your business profile,
• terms of use,
• privacy policy,
• contact data,
• your basic product categories
• a few (e.g. 5)
• we place your logo and change the e-shop color to better fit with it.

Any change you request can be estimated and implemented if you agree to the cost. An added bonus is that as a leasing customer you get lower prices for your changes compared to our normal rates.

Under no circumstances do we want you to feel limited by our leasing solutions. Therefore we are ready to discuss your needs, suggest a solution and estimate the one time cost for the implementation of your requested customization.

When you agree to the costs, we move forward with the implementation of your request. As previously mentioned you get the benefit of reduced rate. This customization doesn’t increase your lease, however there is the possibility that we might need to purchase a subscription to a plugin or service. The costs of this subscription will be passed directly to you.

By purchasing a leasing package you get up to 4 hours of training in the usage of the platform. Don’t be worried though, most of our customers need no more than to get the handle of things.

During training, you will learn how to add products, categories and how to add them to the menu. You will be able to create product attributes, and manage your orders and your customers’ requests.

In any case we are always there to answer your questions as they arise.

And of course, you get two hours of free phone support per month in case you forget something. Further hours of support are charged based on our competitive rates.

They are two totally different platforms that are the base  of an e-commerce system. Each has its advantages and better suits different type of merchants.

Their main differences can be found in the out of the box functionality, but both platforms are extendable.

Furthermore there’s a significant difference in the upgrade and maintenance costs of the website as well as any additional modules and plugins.

The currently available design is optimized for the presentation of fashion items, jewellery and beauty products and can be easily adapted to yours.

We are also working on an optimized solution for electronics and similar products.

Services are a bit trickier and thus require a discussion to find out what needs to be done to better present and sell them. There might be a requirement for customizations that need to be costed and implemented.

IOSTORE is ready to enter to both platforms. What you need to do is register in Skroutz and / or Bestprice and follow their instructions. We will provide you with product XML.

We’ll be with you every step of the way. It’s needless to say that all costs of joining these platforms are yours since they are paid directly to them.

In leasing we offer two methods, flat rate and weight based shipping. Volume based shipping is not supported.

For products that are very heavy or too bulky a method of “upon discussion” can be added.

Supported payment methods are the following:

1. Bank transfer.
2. Cash on delivery with or without extra cost.
3. Credit / Debit card with Viva Wallet.

Alternatively, you can select another bank that you work with and we can inform you about the one time extra cost for the connection.

Our platform has many capabilities for allowing you to be GDPR compliant  such as the right to data portability, right to data deletion and cookie consent.
